Guideline Daily Amounts are guidelines for healthy adults and children regarding the approximate amount of nutrients required daily for a healthy diet.A key feature of GDA format is that it clearly points out the percentage of a consumer’s daily amount of each of the public health-sensitive nutrients contained in one serving of a product.
