A Core Part of Our Culture at Nestlé Pakistan

At the heart of Nestlé Pakistan's culture is a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We embrace individuality and celebrate the unique strengths and potential of every person, regardless of race, gender, culture, sexual orientation, or disability. These values are embedded in our daily interactions, creating a workplace where everyone feels respected, valued, and empowered to contribute.

Since 2018, we have achieved significant increases in:

  • The percentage of females in management, rising from 16% to 33%
  • The percentage of females in senior roles, growing from 13% to 26.3%
  • The percentage of females in senior leadership roles, increasing from 25% to 35%

We recruit people who respect our values, we provide equal opportunities for all, and we protect
everyone's privacy. We do not tolerate any form of harassment or discrimination. Our aim is to create

commitment starts at recruitment and continues to the end of the working relationship. Each of our
markets has a diversity, equity & inclusion action plan designed to provide equal opportunities for everyone
to contribute, grow and feel valued.

Taking action worldwide

Globally, Nestlé efforts are centered in four focus areas within diversity, equity & inclusion: gender balance,
people with disabilities, LGBT+ community and race & ethnicity.

Gender Balance

We have been a member of the United Nations Global Compact since 2001. Through our Gender Balance Acceleration Plan, we aim to increase the proportion of women in our top 200 senior executive positions to 30% by 2022.

Through membership of the ILO Global Business and Disability Network we promote the inclusion of people with disabilities across our global workforce. In 2020, we signed The Valuable 500 commitment to put disability inclusion on our leadership agenda.

Kero Aitemaad Associate Program

Kero Aitemaad Associate Program provides young females an opportunity to gain experience in functions like, technical, supply chain, sales, nutrition field sales previously thought as unconventional career choices for females. ​ Thus, providing essential experience to pursue a permanent positions in their relevant stream.

I have loved every minute of working at Nestlé. From the moment I started, I knew I had found an excellent place to work. Am loving the camaraderie formed with my co-workers who exhibit a strong drive to accomplish their daily goals. The challenges I have faced have allowed me to acquire new skills to help advance my career.

I joined Nestlé under the “Hai Tum Pae Yakeen” program that is for people with disabilities. Despite the stereotypes surrounding people with disabilities, I got the opportunity to work with Nestlé in the supply chain department.​ ​ Joining Nestlé was a dream come true. My favorite thing about working here are the opportunities the company has given me to grow. They have seen my potential and encouraged me to develop it by trusting me with increased responsibility and letting me own tasks and projects. Since I have joined it has been a tremendous experience of personal and professional growth.

Nestlé brings out the best in me. I am learning and growing everyday by being a part of this wonderful team. Everyone is very supportive, and the organizational culture nurtures me through empowerment.
