In our daily routine life, at times we miss our social responsibility to contribute towards society. Having such activities at your door step really helps to bring this thought top of mind. I really appreciated this activity, it was well managed & our employees talked quite highly about it.

For the first time in my life, I donated blood at Nestlé‘s blood donation drive. Initially, I was skeptical and not very willing either. However, hearing about the plight of Blood Thalassemia victims, and their reliance on blood transfusions for survival put things in perspective, and I willingly obliged. It was a humbling experience, and except for one tiny prick, it did not hurt, and nor did I faint afterwards (as my over-active imagination had led me to believe).
In conclusion, it was a great initiative and we should have more such activities in the future. Anum Fatima Sales Control Specialist
