Ingredients

Nestle Milkpak 1 cup
Honey or sugar 1 tablespoon
Peanut butter 1 tablespoon
Banana frozen
Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
    If you don't have frozen bananas on hand, you can use fresh bananas and add a handful of ice cubes
Key note: You can always freeze blended bananas to save time
