Ingredients

 

 

Flour 1 cup
Egg 1 pcs
Milk 1 ½ cup
Red crushed pepper ½ teaspoon
Black pepper ½ teaspoon
Salt ¼ teaspoon
Cumin ½ teaspoon

Method

  • In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients and whisk together to make a paste. Heat up nonstick frying pan and pour almost one teacup of this mixture.
     
  • Rotate frying pan in a circular movement to make a round shape wrap.
     
  • Cook till each side turns golden.
     
  • You can make 4-5 wraps with this mixture and freeze them with layers of butter paper if needed.

Filling Options

  • Make an omelet of ur choice and fill in this mixture.
     
  • Grilled chicken and vegetable filling can also add healthy value.

Key note: You can make sweet wraps by replacing spices and add any fruits with cream/ chocolate spreads
