Breakfast wraps

Ingredients
Flour | 1 cup |
Egg | 1 pcs |
Milk | 1 ½ cup |
Red crushed pepper | ½ teaspoon |
Black pepper | ½ teaspoon |
Salt | ¼ teaspoon |
Cumin | ½ teaspoon |
Method
- In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients and whisk together to make a paste. Heat up nonstick frying pan and pour almost one teacup of this mixture.
- Rotate frying pan in a circular movement to make a round shape wrap.
- Cook till each side turns golden.
- You can make 4-5 wraps with this mixture and freeze them with layers of butter paper if needed.
Filling Options
- Make an omelet of ur choice and fill in this mixture.
- Grilled chicken and vegetable filling can also add healthy value.
Key note: You can make sweet wraps by replacing spices and add any fruits with cream/ chocolate spreads
