Ingredients

Garlic 2 cloves
Boiled chick peas 1 cup
Actiplus 1/2 cup
Tahini sauce 2 tablespoons
Salt 1 teaspoon
Tabasco sauce 1 teaspoon
Fresh ground red pepper 1 teaspoon
Parsley chopped (optional) ½ cup

Method

  • Place garlic and parsley in a food processor, and chop until finely diced. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Serve with pita chips, tortillas or fresh vegetables.
