Cheese Cake

Cooling time : 2 hrs
Serves : 6-8 persons
Ingredients
Marie Biscuits (crushed) | 2 packs |
Butter (melted) | 2 tbsp |
Nestle Meethay Desert Cream | 1 pack |
Condensed Milk | 1 tin |
Cream Cheese | 5-6 tbsp |
Gelatin | 2 tbsp |
Method
- Mix crushed Marie biscuits, butter and 2-3 tbsp of cream together. Now set this mixture as a base in a cake mold with removable bottom/clips.
- In another bowl, mix condensed milk, cream cheese and remaining whipped cream together . Add gelatin and make a smooth paste.
- Now spread condensed milk mixture on crushed biscuits base and put the mold to chill in the refrigerator for 2 hrs before serving.
- Decorate with whipped cream as desired.
Strawberry Sauce
Method
- Add 1 cup strawberries (cut into squares) ,1/4 cup icing sugar and ½ tsp lemon juice in a pan .Heat on medium high flame while stirring. As soon as sugar dissolves, thicken the mixture by adding ½ tbsp cornstarch mixed with ½ tbsp water.
- Dissolve 2 tbsp gelatin into ½ cup water at room temperature and use as required .
