Bounty Cake Slice

Cooling time : 30 mins
Serves : 2 -3 persons
Ingredients
Plain cake (Chocolate) | 1 ( small) |
Grated coconut | 5-6 tbsp |
Nestle Meethay Desert cream | 1/2 pkt (whipped) |
Icing sugar | 1/2 cup |
Condensed milk | 5-6 tbsp. |
Roasted Peanuts | handful size |
Method
- Cut the cake slices length wise.
- Cook condensed milk and coconut in a pan for 2 mins .
- layer this paste like a jam on each side of the cake.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream, sugar and remaining coconut together. whip until fluffy.
- Now spread this mixture between cake slices generously and make a sandwich.
- Top it with roasted peanuts and chill for 30 mins before serving.
