Bounty Cake Slice

Serves : 2 -3 persons

Ingredients

Plain cake (Chocolate) 1 ( small)
Grated coconut 5-6 tbsp
Nestle Meethay Desert cream 1/2 pkt (whipped)
Icing sugar 1/2 cup
Condensed milk 5-6 tbsp.
Roasted Peanuts handful size

Method

  • Cut the cake slices length wise.
  • Cook condensed milk and coconut in a pan for 2 mins .
  • layer this paste like a jam on each side of the cake.
  • In a separate bowl, mix cream, sugar and remaining coconut together. whip until fluffy.
  • Now spread this mixture between cake slices generously and make a sandwich.
  • Top it with roasted peanuts and chill for 30 mins before serving.
