If we boil NESTLÉ MILKPAK, we do not get cream from it, is it fat free?

MILKPAK is full cream milk with 3.5% fat.
All UHT milks go through a process called “Homogenization” which break up the bigger fat globules into a smaller size so that fat is evenly distributed throughout the milk and every drop of milk is equally nutritious. This is the reason why the cream does not rise on top but remains in suspension with the rest of the milk.
