Naveed Khan

NaveedNaveed Ahmad Khan is the Head of Technical at Nestlé Pakistan and Afghanistan since June 2012. He is the first ever Pakistani to be appointed in this position and is responsible for the factories along with Milk Collection and Dairy Development.

Naveed Khan, after graduating from UET Lahore with a degree in Chemical Engineering, joined Nestlé Pakistan in Sheikhupura factory as team leader in 1988. In 1994 he was sent to Tongala, Australia on expatriation as Manufacturing Team leader. In 2000, he became the Factory Manager Kabirwala, Pakistan for a period of 4 years. Naveed became the Manufacturing Services Manager for Middle East, Egypt, Turkey and Central Asia from 2004-07. For a period of 3 years from 2007-2010 he went to Nestlé Dubai as Factory Manager and from 2010 till mid 2012 he served as the Factory Manager of Sheikhupura Factory, Pakistan.

Under Naveed’s leadership Technical division demonstrated improvement and progress in all dimensions specifically Safety, Health & Environment, Quality, Productivity, Cost saving initiatives and people development
