Haris Khan

Haris Khan - Head of Supply Chain of Nestle Pakistan

Haris Khan is the Head of Supply Chain at Nestlé Pakistan. His journey at Nestlé began in 2012 as Team Leader DC operations and over the years he has worked across varied Supply Chain roles, both Strategic and Operational encompassing, Logistics, Demand Supply Planning and Procurement. In his earlier roles at Nestlé, he successfully turned around FSC operations at PQ and SKP factories delivering substantial improvements across planning processes and logistics, showing exemplary leadership.

He then took over the role of HOP and transformed sourcing during a period of economic crisis through substantive localization, alternate supplier development and reformulations. He accelerated localization, doubled sourcing flexibility and consistently over delivered SIMPLEX, navigating the function through multiple local and global crises including commodities super cycle, currency devaluation, high inflation, forex unavailability and imports restrictions in the country.

Haris subsequently took over the role of Category Manager Nutrition and Health at the Planning Service Center (PSC), Kuala Lumpur and made significant contributions to Matterhorn transformation, setting up the PSC, building the team, refining the new planning framework and transitioning key markets. With the additional responsibility of Regional SCM N&H ZAOA, he led key sourcing change projects that improved service, flexibility, and efficiency across our Nutrition and Health operations. 

Haris is passionate about delivering results by developing leaders, empowering teams, embracing change and technology, and translating strategy into action with a continuous excellence approach.

Haris is an MBA and also holds MS degree in Supply Chain and Business Process Management. In his free time, he likes travelling, listening to sufi music and playing cricket.
