Hajra Omer is the Head of Human Resources at Nestlé Pakistan since November 2021. She joined Nestlé Pakistan in 2012 as Corporate Organization Development Manager. She played a key role in Talent Retention and Development by launching multiple flagship initiatives. She also led the Diversity and Inclusivity journey for the market and acted as a Market Change Manager in driving the H2R roadmap.
In May 2018, she became Regional Leadership and Team Effectiveness Manager – Asia & Oceania region. In this role, she led the roll-out of Rive-Reine decentralized leadership courses, assessment solutions, coaching, and mentoring across Asia & Oceania markets. As a key member of the Regional Talent CoC (Center of Competence) leadership team, she worked with H2R W1 and W2 markets enabling a smooth transition to new ways of working and successful implementation of H2R across the region.
In January 2020, she returned to Nestlé Pakistan market as HRBP Operations where she played an instrumental role in maintaining industrial peace at sites by strengthening engagement with internal and external stakeholders. Under her leadership, the Operations division experienced an unprecedented improvement in a diverse workforce, employee engagement, and culture that enabled the operations team to deliver business commitments despite challenges posed by COVID-19. In all her roles, Hajra has provided thoughtful leadership that enabled HR transformation.
