Hafizul Islam

Hafizul Islam is the Business Executive Officer, Nutrition at Nestlé Pakistan. He is a senior business leader with over 24 years of experience in the FMCG industry and previously served as Business Executive Officer, Nutrition & Dairy at Nestlé Bangladesh PLC.

Under his leadership, the Nutrition business in Bangladesh evolved into one of the company's strongest growth engines, consistently delivering industry-leading performance and sustained positive volume growth over multiple years. Through disciplined execution and strategic direction, he drove significant market share gains, accelerated profitable growth, and strengthened the business's competitive position in the market.

He has played a pivotal role in shaping Nestlé Bangladesh's long-term growth agenda and spearheading strategic initiatives to unlock future opportunities. Among his notable achievements is leading the launch of PUSHTIGROW+, a science-based nutrition innovation developed in collaboration with the Government of Bangladesh to help address childhood malnutrition.

Beyond business results, he strengthened Nestlé's scientific leadership by expanding engagement with healthcare professionals, fostering strategic partnerships across government, academia and the medical community, and establishing platforms that have been recognized as best practices across the broader Nestlé network.
