Thomas Keller

Mr. Thomas Keller had joined Nestlé in 1995 as a Finance Trainee. After serving for a year at Headquarters, he was posted to Vietnam to work as a Factory Controller. He spent nearly ten years in the greater China Region after moving from Australia and engaged in various roles in Beijing, Shanghai and Taipei.

After his transfer to Jakarta, he spent three years as CFO of Nestlé Indonesia in 2011. Since 2014, he has been in Kobe as CFO of Nestlé Japan. This led to extensive experience in the developed and underdeveloped markets. In Japan, he has been closely involved in the many initiatives that have made that market the lighthouse for innovation and testing of new business models.

During his tenure, Nestlé Japan delivered some of the fastest growth-rates in developed Markets, in spite of the various demographic and macro-economic challenges the country faced by devising winning strategies. Thomas has likewise shown his capacity to construct and lead a solid group.

Mr. Keller will succeed Mr. Juan as Chief Financial Officer for Zone AOA. He has spent twenty-two of his twenty-three year career at Nestlé working in Zone AOA.
