Faisal Nadeem

Faisal Nadeem is the Head of Technical at Nestlé Pakistan. His journey at Nestlé began in 2002 as a Management Trainee and over the years, he worked in different operations departments like production, human resources, projects management and Engineering at the Sheikhupura Factory and served in various leadership positions like Factory Manager of the Islamabad Factory from 2006 to 2009. In 2009, he took over the Port Qasim Factory Karachi as Factory Manager and led the brownfield expansion to include high-speed bulk bottles, retail, and injection molding lines. He became Category Technical Manager -Waters Pakistan in 2012 where he was instrumental in the optimization of the industrial footprint. Thereafter, he was transferred to Kabirwala as Factory Manager in November 2014 and played a key role in transforming the Kabirwala Factory into a highly engaged, diverse and positively motivated team.

In 2018, Faisal was expatriated to Nestlé Philippines Tanauan as Factory Manager where he led the team to the highest-ever outputs on powders plant and a successful startup of the Ready to Drink business. During the unprecedented COVID-19 crisis, under his leadership, the team was able to ensure uninterrupted operation. He was also the president of Board of Trustees of the Association of First Philippines Industrial Park.

Faisal is known for his compassionate leadership, building a culture of trust and high performance to drive sustainable business results. He has a bachelors’ degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore, and has earned several certifications in engineering management and business administration.
