MD Nestlé, Mr. Trevor Clayton inaugurated the newly constructed 14 bed CCU Ward donated by Nestlé Pakistan Ltd at the District Headquarter Hospital Sheikhupura. Present on the occasion were EDO Health Sheikhupura, Dr. Zafar Iqbal Khokhar, Mr. Fakhar Ahmed, Head of Corporate Affairs, Nestlé Pakistan, Mr. Jose Antonio Villalobas, Factory Manager, Nestlé Sheikhupura Factory and the Medical Superintendent, Dr. Dildar Vardig, of District Headquarter Hospital Sheikhupura.
The MS thanked Nestlé Pakistan for this generous donation which will cater the needs of Sheikhupura City and suburban towns. The MD Nestlé in his address highlighted the objectives of Nestlé CSR Program. He also announced the Landscaping Project for the Hospital for 2009. The CCU Ward has been constructed with a cost of Rs. 4.3 million under the Corporate Social Responsibility Program of Nestlé Pakistan Ltd.
