Komal Altaf

Komal Altaf is the Chief Financial Officer at Nestlé Pakistan. Komal started her career in 2008 with Ernst & Young, consultancy division in UAE. She joined Nestlé Middle East in 2012 as Internal Auditor and subsequently took the role of Finance Projects Lead. In 2014, Komal was appointed the role of Business Unit Controller for Confectionary where she demonstrated a strong co-piloting role in stabilizing the business. In 2016, Komal joined Nestlé Headquarters in Switzerland as Zone EMENA Sales Controller. She led price corridor management for Food and Beverages business in Europe and drove risk reduction, working in close collaboration with category and sales heads across the region. In 2020, she returned to UAE to handle responsibilities as Countries Controller, Nestlé MENA, where she covered finance operations of 8 countries representing 30% of the turnover of the MENA region. Supported by a strong finance team across the countries, she drove focus on making critical business choices and process improvements. She worked extensively on the turnaround of Lebanon operations enabling sustainable profitable growth.

Komal holds ACCA from Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of UK, BSc in Accounting and CMA from the Institute of Management Accountants of USA.
