Faisal Rana joined Nestlé Pakistan as Head of Communications and Marketing Services in August 2018. Faisal brings with him tremendous experience with his previous marketing and commercial assignments in Pakistan as well in other complex markets like Nestlé Malaysia and Nestlé Philippines.
During his career, Faisal has worked on various commercial positions. He was Group Brand Manager and later Commercial Head for Nestlé Waters retail business and played a pivotal role in complete restructuring of the Nestlé Waters organization as well as driving strong market leadership. In 2008, he was appointed Head of Trade Marketing and before moving abroad, Faisal was the Business Executive Officer for Coffee, Beverages & CPW.
During his time in Malaysia & Philippines, he has gained experience with various Marketing & Communications units of the company, where he successfully drove improvements in media, marketing excellence, communication strategy, creative development and agency management etc., delivering greater transparency, spend efficiency with focus on ROI, creating significant value for the organization. He has also been representing Nestlé in wider FMCG industry forums as well. His earlier experience of managing the Communications & Marketing Services Department in the first half of 2017 has helped further strengthen his well-entrenched knowledge of the Pakistani Market.
