Nestlé Professional is in the process of launching DOCELLO range to cater to the trend of desserts becoming menu stars.
The first product offering, DOCELLO Chocolate Mousse, will help chefs outperform consumer expectations. This will be followed by DESSERT MAGIC (soft serve) and Whipping Cream. With over 50 years of experience in creating original desserts both dairy and chocolate, Nestlé Professional knows how great chefs like to work. The flexibility and versatility of Nestlé DOCELLO range allows them to create their own sweet signature in just four quick and easy steps.
DOCELLO is a magical product range which means "Inspiration from Heaven." Right now the Mousse is being launched in the top six metropolitan cities of Pakistan for now. It is being imported from Thailand and has been certified as Halal by IFANCA.
