INGREDIENTS
2 teaspoons chicken powder 3 tablespoons baby sweet corn (canned and drained) 6 cups water 2 teaspoons corn flour 1 egg (beaten) 1 tablespoon vinegar 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon green chillies (chopped for garnishing) 1/2 cup chicken (boiled and shredded)

PREPARATION

Mix chicken powder, sweet corn and 51/2 cups of water.

Cook for 4 minutes.

Mix corn flour with 1/2 cup water and pour in the corn mixture.

Add the lightly beaten egg slowly through a tea strainer to make egg threads.

Add vinegar, soy sauce and chopped green chillies.

Garnish with shredded chicken.

Server hot with red chilli sauce if desired.
