1 cup chicken (boiled and shredded) 2 tablespoons canola oil 1 cup carrots (finely sliced) 1 cup capsicum (green, finely sliced) 1/4 cup vinegar 11/2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon black pepper (ground) 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup Asian chilli sauce 1/2 cup corn flour 2 eggs (beaten)
