Preparation Time: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS

2 onions (finely chopped)
1 tomato (finely chopped)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon green chillies (finely chopped)
2 packets MAGGI Noodles (chicken)
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 tablespoons coriander leaves (finely chopped for garnishing)
Onion (finely chopped for garnishing)
Tomato (finely chopped for garnishing)

 

PREPARATION

1.

Fry the onion till golden brown.

2.

Add the tomato, salt and green chillies and leave it to a little heat.

3.

Keep MAGGI Noodles in calm water for sometime then boil for 1 minute.

4.

Add noodles in a frying pan and cook for 1-2 minutes.

5.

Serve with coriander, onion and tomato garnish (can add
boiled egg. cut into rings also).
