Serves: 12

 

INGREDIENTS

12 slices bread (whole wheat)
1 cup cottage cheese (plain, cut in cubes)
1/2 cup tomato (finely chopped)
1/4 cup capsicum (green, finely chopped)
1/4 cup baby sweet corn(canned, drained)
1 teaspoon lime juice (fresh)
2 tablespoons cottage cheese (plain grated)
1 tablespoon NESTLÉ MILKPAK
Salt and pepper (to taste)

 

PREPARATION

1.

Remove the crusts from the bread slices.

2.

Mix all the ingredients. Spread the mixture on the bread slice.

3.

Cover with another bread slice.

4.

Repeat the procedure with the other slices of bread.
Cut into desired shape.

5.

Serve with chutney or tomato sauce.
