Preparation Time: 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS

2 packets MAGGI Noodles (chicken)
11/2 cups potatoes (boiled and mashed)
3 pieces green pepper (chopped)
2 tablespoons coriander leaves (chopped)
1 teaspoon salt
5 teaspoons vegetable oil (for frying)

 

PREPARATION

1.

Cook MAGGI Noodles according to the preparation mentioned
at the back of the pack and keep aside to cool.

2.

Mix the rest of the ingredients together except oil.

3.

Add noodles and form into 12 even-sized cutlets.

4.

Shallow fry in oil till golden brown.

5.

Serve hot with NESTLÉ Raita or your favorite chutney.
