INGREDIENTS
2 packets MAGGI Noodles (chicken) 1 cup chicken (boneless, cut in julienne style) 2 tablespoons butter (slightly salted) 1/2 cup onions (chopped) 1 teaspoon garlic (grated, crushed) 1 cup capsicum pepper (diced) 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon black pepper (ground) 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 2 tablespoons soy sauce 4 eggs (beaten)

PREPARATION

Boil MAGGI Noodles for 11/2 minutes and drain the water. Pour cold water over the noodles for 4-5 seconds.

Sauté chicken in one tablespoon of butter.

Mix onions, garlic, capsicum, saute chicken, salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, soy sauce and tastemakers in eggs.

Add boiled maggi noodles into it and mix it well.

At the end, fry egg in one tablespoon of butter.

Cook till golden brown.

Serve on a garnish platter, ready to eat.
