INGREDIENTS
1 white cabbage 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 2 tablespoons MILKPAK Cream 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (ground) 2 teaspoons sugar 2 carrots (peeled and cut in julienne style) Lettuce (for garnishing) Tomato (for garnishing)

PREPARATION

Remove the top tough leaves of the cabbage and slice very fine with a sharp knife.

Mix mayonnaise, MILKPAK Cream, salt, pepper and sugar.

Add carrots and cabbage to the mixture.
|
| 4. |
For serving, line the dish with lettuce leaves, Arrange coleslaw on top, garnish with a tomato slice or tomato rose.
