INGREDIENTS
4 eggs (whipped) 2 tablespoons butter (slightly salted) 1/2 cup onions (chopped) 1 teaspoon garlic (crushed) 250 grams chicken breast fillet(without skin) 1 cup cucumbers (diced) 1 cup green capsicum (diced) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (ground) 1 teaspoon red chilli powder (ground) 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 packets MAGGI Noodles (chicken)

PREPARATION

Make an omelette with preferred spices and whipped eggs. Then cut into strips.

Melt butter in a pan with onions and garlic. Fry till light brown.

Add Chicken strips and cook till tender.

Now add cucumber and capsicum. Fry for about 2 minutes. Add salt, black pepper, red chilli powder and soy sauce. Cook for another minute.

At the same time, make MAGGI Noodles according to the instructions given on the back of the pack.

Mix the noodles with the chicken and vegetables and omelet strips.

Serve hot.
