INGREDIENTS
6 packets MAGGI Noodles (chicken) 1/2 kg potatoes (boiled and mashed) 1 cup coriander leaves (chopped) 11/2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon chilli powder 2 teaspoons chilli flakes 1 cup cottage cheese (plain) 3 eggs (beaten) 2 cups canola oil (for deep frying) Khatti Dip (for serving)

PREPARATION

Cook MAGGI Noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain water and rinse with cold water.

Mix all other ingredients, except cheese and eggs, in the boiled noodles along with the MAGGI (chicken) tastemakers.

Form into 15 even egg sized balls, while placing 1-2 cubes of cheese in the middle.

Coat each MAGGI ball with egg and fry until golden.

Serve hot with Khatti Dip.
