INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup NESTLÉ NESVITA low fat, Hi-Calcium Milk
500 grams chicken (boneless thin strips)
1 cup breadcrumbs (dried)
1 cup plain flour
1 teaspoon basil (dried)
1/2 teaspoon oregano (ground)
1/2 teaspoon thyme (ground, dried)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper (ground)
2 cups canola oil (for frying)

 

PREPARATION

1.

Pour NESTLÉ NESVITA low fat, Hi-Calcium Milk on chicken strips.

2.

Mix breadcrumbs, plain flour, basil, oregano, thyme, salt and
black pepper.

3.

Heat oil for deep frying.

4.

Coat chicken strips with the breadcrumb mixture and fry until golden.

5.

Serve hot in a dish.
