Samra joined Nestlé as a Marketing and Sales Management Trainee in 2000 where she performed various Marketing roles within Food & Beverage business. In 2005, she joined the Consumer Communications team as Consumer Services Manager, where she successfully managed a team of 23 direct reports and re-structured the Consumer Services organization to maximize its impact, effectiveness and contribution to Nestlé Pakistan. In May 2008, Samra joined Food Business Unit as Product Unit Manager. As Business Executive Manager, Samra has been instrumental in leading, motivating and inspiring a large cross functional team, to accelerate growth in the Food Business.
