John Martin Miller

John is a graduate of University of Durham in England with a Bachelors of Arts degree in English Literature and Geography. He joined Nestlé in August 2006, after serving as Senior Vice President of Danone's Biscuit business in Asia Pacific region, also based in Singapore. While in Danone, he was member of the Asia Pacific Management Committee and served on the Boards of Britannia Industries Ltd. in India and Continental Biscuits Ltd. in Pakistan.

Prior to this, John was the Senior Vice President for the Unilever Home and Personal Care business in Africa, Middle East and Turkey. In earlier assignments with Unilever, John held various senior management positions in marketing in the Czech and Slovak Republics, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
 
John was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nestle Philippines, Inc. in October 2009. Before this, he was Chairman and CEO of Nestle Indochina, a post he assumed in January 2008 after holding the position of Managing Director of Nestle Singapore Pte. Ltd., his first assignment in Nestle.
 
Currently, he is working as Senior Vice President Nestlé S.A., in-charge of Africa, South Asia Region and Pakistan. He is married with 1 child.
